There are many high priced sunglasses to be bought. What a lot of people don't know is that you can find discount-sunglasses that look just like the higher priced name brands. So which will you buy?

With the troubled economy you'll want your hard earned dollar to go as far as possible and you'll want to have nice looking things, "Look-a-likes" serve both purposes. People go for a look and not just a name. The name on many of the higher priced sunglasses more than double the price you'll end up paying for these. If the style and lens quality is there why pay extra for the name? Let the rich buy the higher priced name brands while you go out and get the same look at half the price or less with discount-sunglasses.
Just last summer a group of very enterprising Sr. High School students found several places to purchase "look-alike" sunglasses at very good prices and the ability to buy in bulk amounts. Being students they knew how important it was to look like you had the more expensive sunglasses. They bought a couple hundred discount-sunglasses that emulated the various styles that RayBan puts out.
They first bought one of each style and took them to a store that sold the expensive name brand and compared the look. When they were satisfied as to the similarity they bough more in bulk and set up a stand at the beach. Their price was mid-way between the expensive name brand and their discounted price. They sold out in two days. Why pay crazy prices?
